    • Intercity Radiology is committed to delivering the best possible experience for patients.

    • Through our IR clinic, we guide patients with both pre-procedural consultations and comprehensive follow-up care.

    • Our dedicated team includes APPs, IR navigators, nurses, IR technologists, and support staff—all focused on providing compassionate, respectful, and dignified care.

    • We proudly partner with Bozeman Health, where we perform all arterial interventions.

    • Our Interventional Radiologists have decades of combined experience in endovascular treatment of peripheral vascular disease.

    • We treat a wide range of conditions, from medication- and lifestyle-refractory claudication to limb-threatening ischemia.

    • Over the past two decades, endovascular techniques and practice paradigms have shifted toward an "endovascular first" approach for most cases.

    • Intercity Radiology's Interventional Radiologists possess the knowledge, tools, and experience to lead in endovascular care across Montana.

    • Renal artery stenosis is often clinically silent but can progress to cause hypertension that is resistant to multiple medications.

    • The most common cause is atherosclerosis.

    • In younger women, Fibromuscular Dysplasia is a more likely culprit.

    • Regardless of the cause, endovascular interventions—such as angioplasty and/or stenting—can significantly improve outcomes in carefully selected patients.

    • Chronic Mesenteric Artery Stenosis can be a challenging clinical diagnosis.

    • A high index of suspicion is essential in patients with postprandial pain, weight loss, and risk factors for vasculopathy.

    • Revascularization can often provide rapid symptom relief.

    • Endovascular techniques offer significantly lower morbidity compared to surgical options.

    • When in doubt, reach out — we are always available and happy to provide curbside or formal consultations.

    • Our Interventional Radiologists are equipped to treat a wide variety of aneurysms, including:

      • Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms (AAAs)

      • Renal, Mesenteric, and other Visceral Aneurysms

      • Peripheral artery aneurysms, such as those in the popliteal and iliac arteries

    • We work closely with our medical and surgical colleagues to determine the safest and most effective approach for each patient.

    • This includes aneurysm monitoring, risk factor modification, and endovascular or surgical repair when appropriate.
